1). Legal

The agreement between the customer and OrderSiliconeBracelets.com is a binding agreement. This agreement is all-conclusive in its entirety between OrderSiliconeBracelets.com and each customer. For the purposes of this order entered into with OrderSiliconeBracelets.com, this binding agreement replaces and supersedes any and all other communication.

All images and logos which include copyrighted material are the property of their respective owners and will not under any circumstances be duplicated for any reason with the expressed, written permission of the intellectual property owner. The imagery used here is for representative purposes only. OrderSiliconeBracelets.com makes no claims of ownership of any said trademarked or copyrighted material nor does it imply upon order placement and purchase from OrderSiliconeBracelets.com, a transfer of rights to you for the reproduction and/or use of any said trademarked or copyrighted material.

In the unlikely event that a legal dispute arises, you (the customer) agrees to pay any damages incurred by OrderSiliconeBracelets.com. You also agree to pay attorney fees and costs. If the dispute pertains to the illegal use of trademarks, copyrights, designs or logos, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expense and agree not to hold OrderSiliconeBracelets.com accountable. You are liable for expenses incurred by any litigation, arbitration, hearing or any other legal proceeding.

OrderSiliconeBracelets.com warranties its custom made silicone wristbands by offering to re-manufacture or replace any wristbands which have been determined by our factory to have defects in manufacturing within thirty (30) days of the delivery date of the wristbands. These defects are those which are defined as being caused due to manufacturing errors.

OrderSiliconeBracelets.com requires written notice of claims of defects in your custom silicone wristbands through email or written notification. Upon receipt of a claim, OrderSiliconeBracelets.com will determine the appropriate course of action that commensurates with our policies. If it is determined that a manufacturing error was made, your custom silicone wristbands will be re-manufactured at no cost to you.

2). Spelling Errors

OrderSiliconeBracelets.com is not responsible for spelling errors made by customers. It is the sole responsibility of each customer prior to ordering to ensure that the spelling of any text is correct to their personal needs and satisfaction.

3). Colors

We use the PMS universal color matching system for all color applications used in the manufacturing of our custom silicone wristbands. It is important that you confirm the color usage with a PMS color chart rather than relying on your computer monitor′s display of the colors. Due to various settings, display colors can differentiate between computer monitors. It is therefore the customer′s responsibility to verify the listed PMS colors that suit their needs and applications. A PMS color chart can typically be found at local print or fabric stores. Visit www.pantone.com for more information regarding the PMS universal color matching system.

4). Size

OrderSiliconeBracelets.com offers two standard sizes: 8” size in circumference for adults and 7” size in circumference for youth.

5). Payment

Payment for all orders is required in full – in advance for all custom orders placed at OrderSiliconeBracelets.com. We accept payment via major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and U.S. government purchase orders. The charges for the total amount of your order will be applied prior to manufacturing and will show as “www.OrderSiliconeBracelets.com” on your billing statement.

6). Refunds/ Returns/ Exchanges

OrderSiliconeBracelets.com offers a 30-day full money back guarantee for any quality or delivery problems. However, as stated earlier in this agreement, it is each customer′s responsibility to use the correct spelling and to order the correct colors and sizes.

7). Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our online order form. You are responsible for providing all of the details of your order on the form including payment. It is the responsibility of each coustmer to make sure that the information is accurate and correct before submitting an order. Once an order is submitted through the online order form, no changes or cancellations can be made.

8). Order Cancellation and Changes

Within a few minutes of receiving an order, that order is placed into actual production. Due to the speed at which we deliver our products and the allotment of raw materials for each order, once an order has been confirmed via email or our online order form, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

9). Product Manufacturing Timeline

OrderSiliconeBracelets.com will manufacture your silicone wristbands within one to seven days – depending upon your delivery requirements.

10). Shipping

All custom orders placed will be shipped via UPS International Express Saver (International Overnight) DHL international Express unless specified otherwise at no charge to the customer.  Shipping orders to any country or territory outside of the United States will incur an additional charge.

11). Trademarks – Copyrights – Logos

When you send us imagery or instructions which include registered trademarks, copyright materials or registered trademark logos, you certify and warrant that you have the legal right or have obtained a legal, binding license agreement to use and/or reproduce such trademarked or copyrighted material. Furthermore, you also warrant that your use of such trademarked or copyrighted material does not violate any person or entity′s intelluctual property rights.
